Hey there! I’m Tommy, an active duty service member with an unwavering passion for health and fitness. From a young age, I’ve been immersed in the world of sports, and my dedication has taken me all the way to being the varsity football captain at my college.

My love for health and fitness has always been a driving force in my life. I’m constantly seeking ways to improve myself and maximize my abilities through diverse training methods and optimal nutrition. I believe that by continuously expanding my knowledge and understanding of the strength, health, and fitness realm, I can inspire and educate others to achieve their own personal best.

Throughout the years, I’ve pushed myself and my body to the extreme in rigorous events within my profession such as Sapper School, the Best Sapper Competition, and even achieving a perfect score of 600 twice in the Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT). These experiences have shaped me, teaching me the importance of perseverance, mental fortitude, and the ability to surpass our perceived limitations.
